Indiana, Pa. It’s a wonderful town - Jimmy Stewart’s hometown of Indiana, that is! Tourists can pay homage at the museum dedicated to the popular actor’s work or visit the Jimmy Stewa= rt Statue, unveiled by the actor himself on his 75^th birthday. Nest= ed in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, Indiana began in 1805 as a tim= ber town but became a coal center in the early 20^th century. The nea= rby Eliza Furnace, abandoned in 1850, is one of the best-preserved iron furnace= s in the Commonwealth and still has its hot blast coils. Theme: Inform= ation Assurance

As our world moves forward through the 21^st century, our society has greater needs for bett= er Information Assurance. The purpose of the&= nbsp; 21^st annual PAC= ISE Conference on Information Assurance will be to bring together researchers, educators, practitioners and students in the field of IA to share research, results, knowledge, and ideas in the areas of Awareness, Education, and Training.

Submission of Papers:

Presentations on all topi= cs, especially IA, are welcome. T= hose who wish to have their papers reviewed and published in the proceedings nee= d to submit them by no later than February 15^th. Notification of acceptance will be= sent out by March 15^th. Your final manuscript must then be received prior to April 7^th.

Those opting for a non-peer reviewed submission must s= till submit an abstract no later than March 21^st.

Only peer-reviewed papers= and abstracts will be included in the proceedings.

How to Submit= :-

All submissions must be in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), Posts= cript (.ps), or Microsoft Word (.doc) format. When submitting electronically, us= e the supplied template and send to: san= war@iup.edu

Special Ses= sions:

Anyone interested in organizing a special session (p= anel discussion, birds-of-a-feather, etc.) should submit a proposal to the conference chair at sanwar@iup.edu . The proposal must include a title = of the special session, a single paragraph description of the special session, and= a short biography of the organizer of the special session.

Student Pro= gramming Contest:-

The contest consists of= teams of two to three members from each institution. Alternate team members can be listed in case substitutions are needed. Team members and alternates must be undergraduate students enrolled at the University being represented. To be guaranteed acceptance to the contest, the university must submit an application by March 15^th= . A University may be represented by= more than one programming team, however, second teams will be considered only af= ter each applying University’s first team has been considered. Teams will= be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis as space permits, except that a= ny school's third team will not be accepted until after all applying universities’ second teams are accepted. Each team must complete the following contest application form and return it no later than March 1^=
st. Applications will be acknowledged via email. Note: Team applications do not register members for the PACISE Conference.

Registration = Fees:

Registration fee for this conference covers the Recept= ion, Friday night Dinner, and Proceedings. The registration fee is $60.

Any one interested in participating on the review committee, must send an e-mai= l to = sanwar@iup.edu indicating the interest, affiliation (the name of the organization you are working in), and a very brief CV.
